Annie provides three services to clients:
Coaching NGO leaders as a trusted partner who has experience asking for money, leading development teams and working with volunteers.
Training not-for-profit teams in a variety of areas including annual giving, capital campaigns and identifying, recruiting and training volunteer solicitors and Board Members. A variety of how-to topics like creating an event; creating a development plan that works for you, and developing a planned giving program are just some of the topics that she covers. Specific training sessions can be created to meet your organization’s needs.
Motivating donors, volunteers, and staff members, and engaging people to be bold, be brave, and be hope for others is one of her greatest talents. Motivational speaking engagements can be created for a variety of audiences to make your event one that is valued and remembered for all the right reasons.
“I continue to work in the Independent Sector, to volunteer my time and to give my money because I believe in the work being done by philanthropic leaders. Each person has gifts. Helping them determine their gifts and then engaging them where and how they want to be engaged is a life-long process that is exciting, intimate and crucial to the world. I love working with people who are passionate about what they do and who want to do it better.”
